Originating in Sweden and adapted from ice hockey, this fast-paced, highly interactive sport utilizes lightweight equipment and non-contact rules.
Equipment:
Stick: Lightweight carbon fiber or composite material, adjustable in length to suit height.
Ball: Hollow plastic with 26 holes to reduce air resistance.
Playing Field: A 40-meter-long, 20-meter-wide rectangular field with rounded corners.
How to Play: Each team consists of 5 players and 1 goalie, with substitutions permitted.
Time: Regular 3 quarters of 20 minutes, with a 10-minute break. Scoring: 1 point is awarded for each goal scored.​​
